Cheese Balls:

In memory of Charles M. Schulz.

1 heaping cup grated cheese (Swiss or Cheddar)
1/2 cup flour
2 tablespoons butter
Water

With your fingertips, mix cheese, flour, butter, and just enough water to make a stiff dough. Roll dough into a small (3/4 inch) balls. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 400° until lightly browned (about 15 minutes).
